Order	Client	Bought	Paid	Status

Collection: Paid → Preparing → Ready → Fulfilled (client's QR scanned at reception, here or with the scanner app). Courier: Paid → Preparing → Out for delivery → Delivered (client's QR scanned at the door in the courier app). Vouchers: Issued → Redeemed — redeemed when the voucher QR is scanned at the treatment, exactly as today.
